PART- TIME CLINICIAN
REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Services
QUALIFICATION:
Active license for clinical practice (LSW, LAC)
Minimum of one year of direct client services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a minimum of caseload of 10, maximum of 19 client hours per week treating individual clients
Provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment for clients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health record
Complete a Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluation for all new clients; include and score relevant assessments
Complete initial treatment plan within first three sessions identifying treatment goals aligned with client’s reported symptoms
Complete progress note for every session within 48 hours
Complete a termination summary for all clients completing services at Center at 353
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client contacts including phone calls and collateral information
Enter all scheduled client sessions into electronic health record calendar
Work collaboratively with Director of Clinical Services and/or Clinical Supervisor to create individualized plan of supervision relevant to discipline
Meet clinical supervisor for weekly supervision
Attend monthly case consultation and present at least two cases for consultation per year
Must complete a minimum of three continuing education trainings offered during the year
Must attend yearly Cultural Competency training
Complete all duties relevant to maintaining accurate licensure

Part-Time, Per Diem Licensed Counselors and Psychotherapists
LCSW, PhD, PsyD, and LPC clinicians licensed for independent practice in the state of New Jersey.

We provide counseling, psychotherapy, psychoeducation and testing services to the greater Princeton area. Clients served include children, adolescents, adults and seniors from diverse backgrounds. We accept private insurance, self-pay and offer sliding scale and grant-funded options.
Flexible schedule includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends – minimum of 10 client hours per week required; maximum of 19 client hours per week.
Clinicians have administrative support and access to light filled treatment rooms, in our newly renovated space.
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of three years post graduate clinical experience, hold an LCSW, PhD, PsyD or LPC and be licensed for independent practice in the state of New Jersey.
Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly encouraged to apply. $88 hourly rate
